Welcome to Fayetteville Bird Control: Prevention and Removal of Unwanted Birds

Our company specializes in resolving problems caused by birds in Fayetteville, North Carolina, both residential and commerical. We handle bird species such as pigeons, starlings, grackles, sparros, and even Canada Geese and woodpeckers. We generally don't kill birds - we prevent them from causing problems. Most commonly, this means that we install barriers that prevent them access to your building or property, or anti-roosting devices that prevent them from landing, nesting, or roosting on your home, store, building, or anywhere. We use netting, needle strips, shock track, and more. We do offer trapping in some cases, and removal of birds from warehouses, grocery stores, or other commerical or industrial buildings by netting or sometimes pellet shooting. We have a wide variety of tools and methods for solving every manner of bird problem. Call us at 910-302-5788 to discuss your bird problem today.

1

Netting

Stop Birds From Accessing Your Space

We stop birds from entering almost any space by installing netting. It is strong and durable, but thin and black so that it is not visually distracting. We can prevent birds from flying or roosting under awnings, roofs, or any other architectural area.

2

Anti-Roosting

Stop Birds From Landing Or Roosting

We install needle strips or shock track on ledges, beams, the tops of signs, and anywhere birds are roosting and causing unsightly and unhealthy droppings. We can reach any area with our ladders and boom lifts.

3

Cleanup

We Clean Droppings and Nesting Material

Birds can make a mess with their droppings - on your building, roof, or the ground, or any other area. Sometimes bird guano and nesting material accumulate. We professionally clean and decontaminate the area.

More About Us Fayetteville Bird Control:

At our company, we make sure that we will do things differently. The health and wellbeing of our clients and the environment remain our top priority when providing bird removal services. We will offer you humane and environment-friendly solutions since we only want what's best for you and your family. We promise that we will be upfront with our pricing model and we will remain transparent with our transaction with you. You will never find any mystery fees and we will make sure that we will break down the cost of our services. Our practical and efficient approach towards bird infestation was based on our commitment to serving the community that we called our home. We then realized that more and more people are looking for an alternative solution that encouraged us to widen our area of operation. Most birds will find your house a perfect roosting place if there are convenient water and food sources. Others may leave after the nesting period but will be back in the next season. They will leave combustible materials on the critical areas of your house. We will bail you out of your situation. We will get rid of their nesting materials and seal the access point of your house. We are also capable of installing deterrents to ensure that they will never again return to your property.

I Can See Droppings But No Pigeons, What Should I Do?

When you see droppings left by an animal, you know that you have a problem on your property. That's how it usually goes with most wild critter invaders, and the feces is actually often the first sign to give the game away. That's certainly the case with rats and other rodents.

With pigeons, things can be a little different. They can manage to find a way into the roof void or attic with very little effort, and then they can roost in there. If that's the case, you might not see them unless you physically head up there for yourself, but they will still leave droppings as they fly in and out of the roost. If you see pigeon poop, the pigeons are there. Whether you can see them or not, they are there.

Wherever you will find pigeons and pigeon poop, you'll also find pigeon-borne diseases, and they can be plentiful and potentially deadly. At the very least, they're unpleasant. It also means that you should clean the mess up carefully, and only when you are properly protected. It is not an overreaction to wear boot coveralls, disposable coveralls, eye protection, and a breathing mask. When pigeon poop dries, it hardens and some of it turns into dust. The hardened stuff works a bit like concrete, and is actually used by the bird to reinforce the strength of the nest. The dusty stuff, however, can be very dangerous. If disease spores or bacteria are on those dusty, airborne particles, they can then be inhaled by people or other animals, passing the diseases along in that manner.

Once you discover pigeon poop, you will then need to discover where the pigeons themselves are. There is a chance that the birds are roosting in a roof void or attic space, perhaps even your roof void or attic space. You can't leave them there because they'll never leave, and you can't leave them producing more feces because of the disease-spreading and corrosive nature of it. The feces can actually do more damage than the birds will, in some cases.

The removal of birds, both adult and young, as well as nesting material and waste material is vitally important when trying to remove a bird or pigeon problem from your property. If you leave one part of the job out, such as sealing up the roof void, then pigeons are free to come back. If you don't clean the feces up as properly or as thoroughly as you should have done, you're running the risk of spreading disease. And all the while you leave those birds where they are, the more they'll reproduce. It really will become a problem that just keeps on getting bigger.
